TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please arrive to your sugaring appointment with a hair length of the size of a grain of rice and clean, dry skin free of any topical products. 

 

Please note that every single hair may not be removed especially if the hair is too short also removing hair by the root can have certain side effects, such as skin redness, swelling, and tenderness. 

If you are currently using Accutane, or other medications that cause blood thinning or photosensitivity, or if you are currently being treated for diabetes or cancer, you agree to consult your physician prior to your appointment.

 

Please note that by signing our new patient form, you legally agree that you have read all above information and give permission to your esthetician to perform the sugaring procedure and will hold her and Sugar Maui LLC harmless from any liability that may result from this treatment. Further, you understand that your esthetician will take every precaution to minimize or eliminate negative reactions as much as possible. You agree that you are willing to follow the home care regimen recommended by your esthetician that can minimize or eliminate any negative reactions. In the event that you may have additional questions or concerns regarding your treatment, you agree that you will consult your esthetician immediately. 

By submitting our new patient form, you confirm that you have read and understand the pre and post- treatment care instructions, as well as the medical contraindications.

By submitting our New Patient form, you agree that this constitutes full disclosure, and that it supersedes any previous verbal or written disclosures. You certify that you have read, and fully understand the above paragraphs and that you have had sufficient opportunity for discussion to have any questions answered. You understand the procedure and accept the risks and do not hold the esthetician responsible for any conditions that were present, but not disclosed at the time of this skin care procedure, which may be affected by the treatment performed today.

BOOKINGS

We are by appointment only. Please schedule your appointment with us online and download the Fresha App for easy booking on your phone! Your Credit Card information will be collected at the time of booking and will only be charged after the service is performed. Please note, we only take credit cards at this time. We ask all new clients to fill out and submit our New Client Form. 

CANCELLATIONS

We request that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an existing appointment. 

In the event that another client may request the appointment time, we can better accommodate everyone.

For any cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment no no-shows, we charge the full service fee of your booking.
